The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet with 2 different tabs of data. My first step seems to work and creates a tab called "A". Then I select a subset of that data and try to create another tab of data, but I get the error stating the file is being used by another process. Do I need to close the file somehow in the first step before I try to add another tab of data?

Depending on the case, you can use the block until done tool to order your processes.

One detail worth mentioning, sometimes by disabling the AMP engine, that works without the need of using this tool.
