There is one stable datum, if the person cannot apply the knowledge that he just learned then ALWAYS there will be something that he or she does not fully understand!!!!
There are no exceptions for the above.
Therefore to help the person you need to find what he or she did not full understand and then help him understand it. Providing a done workflow created by you, will not do it. Why? It is simply as you do not provide knowledge for the person helping him clear up what he or she did not understand.
If you what to enhance the person knowledge share with him/her additional knowledge to help him/her clear up what they do not understand.
I keep getting answers with reasons why to share WFs, well there are always exceptions, but they are EXCEPTIONS. If you want to provide some mass to your explanation you can add a snippet, leave the person to create the solution, actually do it. He/she needs to solved it by doing it.
The above datum is very important in life, as it will be an instant yardstick to which areas the person does not fully understand and therefore or having limited results, defective results or no results.
If you want to help, give the person knowledge, as knowledge equals power. You do not want to create dependencies but enhancement to be able to operation on his/her own.
