Text to Columns - Splitting Numbers without Delimiters

Here is the detail of what I want to achieve.

I want to make something like in the picture below:

Is it possible to achieve the above by using the text to columns tool only? Or are there any additional steps that I have to do?

If your text contain number and string char, maybe you can use expression '(.)'
