Text Input, how to paste in header instead of Field1,Field2, etc

Hi,

 

When i paste text from an excel file  the header "field1", etc is used. How can I use the actual headers of my excel in a text input?

@wonka1234 please make sure you are pasting the records in the top part of the Text Tool
