Test Tool > Test

I would like to test (trigger workflow error on false) to confirm the total number of rows from one tool is < another tool . I tried using the test tool, but it only allows an equal to. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? The test tool would work perfectly if it had another option besides equal to.

If you just need to trigger an error, you can use the Message tool instead. Example attached.
