Tableau Output new folder issue

We are using Designer Version: 2024.1.1.49 Patch: 1 and Tableau Output Tableau_py3.10_v1.4.1 and when trying to write a hyper file to the Tableau server I get a strange error, see screenshot below if the project folder is newly created.

When writing to older project folders (say created earlier than Sept 2023)  the process is successful. The issue is only with new folders and the account I'm using has same rights on both. This issue has started since we upgraded from 2023.2 to 2024.1 

Very strange, has anyone encountered this issue with Tableau Output connector?

Same issue with Designer Version: 2024.1.1.93 Patch: 3  and Tableau Output Tableau_py3.10_v1.4.2.yxi

No issues with Designer 2023.2.1.89 Patch: 2 and Tableau Output Tableau_v1.4.0.yxi writing to any Tableau project folders, new or old.

 I have tried 3 versions of Tableau Server from older ones to the latest 2024.2.1 and I'm now pretty sure that the issue is on Alteryx side.
