Tableau Input Tool Error

When attempting to use the Tableau Input tool I receive the following error message:

Error: Tableau Input (1): Can't find plugin "SdkEnginePlugin.dll"

It appears that I was able to fix this same for the output tool by downloading version 1.1.1 of the tool suite and then right clicking the output tool and selecting the appropriate tool version that is compatible with my Alteryx Designer version.

The issue I am running into is the Tableau Input tool does not give me the option to select the version when I right click the tool. So it defaults to version 1.3.1 and seems to be the cause of the error message.

Has anyone run into this and found a resolution?

Unfortunately, my problem appears to be different now. My organization recently upgraded to version 2023.2.1 and the plugin does appear to load, but I now receive the error "Specified table does not exist". 

I have spent a while trying to trouble shoot this, and I have no idea what is wrong
