Table tool repeats the column labels

Good afternoon Community
I am new and I am using the Table tool to create a table in Excel format, but I don't know why, the table repeats the column labels in each row. Can you please help me?

We won't be able to tell fully without seeing the configuration of your Table tool, but likely you have a column selected for the Group By option - this will create a table per unique record. Make sure to uncheck it if you want one full table!

Rather than creating a single table, you have created a separate table for each row of data (see record numbers on the left).  Check the grouping options at the top of the table tool, you may have grouped by one of the columns.
