Hello! I am hoping someone can help with how to use some of the reporting tools to generate a desired table output. Please direct me to any training videos on all Reporting Tools.
The following is the data that I have.
Jurisdiction Type | Presentation Category | Sort ID | Income Taxes Paid, Net of Refunds |
Federal (US) | United States | 1 | 7 |
State | State 1 | 2 | -4 |
State | Other State | 2 | 5 |
Foreign | Country 1 | 3 | 7 |
Foreign | Country 2 | 3 | 3 |
Foreign | Country 3 | 3 | 6 |
Foreign | Country 4 | 3 | 5 |
Foreign | All Other Countries | 3 | 6 |
Foreign | Country 5 | 3 | 4 |
Foreign | Country 6 | 3 | 16 |
I am trying to have this data in the format listed below:
- The "Income Taxes Paid, Net of Refunds" would become the header
- The additional column headings are not used anymore
-The presentation category that contains "Other" should be last in each the State and Foreign sections
- How do we total and indent/bold the formatting using the reporting tools?
- How do you underline only certain fields using the reporting tools for the output?
Thanks!!
