Table font size change to Times New Roman after the union all tables together

Hi, I have a workflow which combine all tables together using union tool. 

I have set the font size to Arial in all tables but when I use email tool to send the combined table, the font size changes to Times New Roman.

Anyone encounter this issue before and knows how to resolve it?
