TS Factory Results Incorrect?

When I run a simple TS Factory ETS forecast for three annual periods (two NAICS products in the sample, forecasting EST>20 for N_3111), the results are incorrect and the same for each period. Along side for comparison I use the ETS tool which provides apparently correct results.

Are you using AMP by chance? I just switched it off and getting the same results now.

So...in System Settings if I uncheck "Enable AMP Engine" in the General Configuration and change "Both Engines" to "Original Engine Only" in Engine Configuration I get the following error:
