TRANSFORMING FROM HORIZONTAL POSITION TO VERTICAL VALUES

Hi I would just like to ask if how can I change the position of my data into vertical.

I have a data here:

Column1	Column2	Column3	Column4	Column5
Apple	Banana	Orange	Eggplant	Cherry

Expected output:

Column1

Apple

Banana

Orange

Eggplant

Cherry
