Sumif / Vlookup

Hi Guys,

I have different currency transactions that I wanted to lookup for the exchange rates, how can I do it?

This is on 1 file and the exchange rates is on the other file

I wanted to create a new column formulating Converted Balance = YTD Total x Rate 

Appreciate all the help.

You could use the find and replace tool's append field functionality for this. Here's an example:
