Sum specific values in a column to create a new column

Hi everyone,

I have a single column called "Categories" which contain a number of unique entries.  Two of the entries are Work-In and Work-Out.  The values for the entries in "Categories" is in another column called Values.

I want to create a new column called Volume.  This column should be populated with the following values:

Work-In + Work-Out

Any ideas?
