Sum of columns

Hi,

Need your help.

I want to know how I can have a row called "Total" which should be sum total of multiple columns I have.

I have attached my output and the fields in yellow is what I need.

I tried using Running total but it appears as columns. Also did transpose to running total but was not a success.

What does your input look like ? Is it just this file without the total and you want to add the total line ?
