Sum of 2 different columns and difference between the sums

Hi all,

I am currently stuck with this alteryx workflow whereby i would need the sum of 2 different columns following that I would need the difference of the sums.

Using excel it looks and sounds easy but currently I am stuck. Would greatly appreciate the help. Example would be as below.

Maybe we can do something like this.
Alteryx is processing the whole data stream, rather cells processing like Excel.
