Can someone help on the below Question? 

If the of sum of 1st column less than 5th column i need 1st column as result. if the total utilized the remaining rows should be zero.

 Hi @Nelson_D - It's a good use case for an iterative macro, but also can be solved with a couple Multi Row Formulas:
