Subtotaling

I need to create a work flow that mimics Excel.  I attached an example.

is there a way to incorporate the 3 buttons.  To get Grand Total, total by Employee, total by Employee with raw data for auditing?

In my workflow, the totals are included with the details.

Original attachment had the desired output, the input would be the file with out the subtotals.
