Subtotal and Grand Total Summary?

Hi Alteryx Community - looking to see if possible to help me layout - similar to how a pivot table lays out subtotals and grand totals? I'm a little confused using the Transpose or Crosstab icons - is there a simple way to lay it out similar to below?

I would use the combination of Transpose and CrossTab to get the total, which is also dynamic.

Hi Qiu and Binuacs - both solutions look great. I'm actually not familiar with batch macro so will have to look into it more but appreciate this - learning new things here!
