I found myself in a situaiton like this:

| Egypt | 5060100.10.11.00004 | 3,53 | No Min | No Max |
| Egypt | 5060100.10.11.00004 | 2,66 | No Min | No Max |
| Egypt | 5060100.10.11.00004 | 3,35 | 3 | 6 |
What I want to do is to substitute the first two rows that show "No Min" and "No Max" with the values on the third row.
I want to do this based on the Item Code, so every time I have an item code that has some numbers in the Min and Max columns and the same item code that shows "No Min" and "No Max" I want to substitute these with the values.
Do you know a way to do this?
