Substitution logic using Alteryx

Hello,

My problem: I need to order some qty from the factory, but before I do that, I have some items in storage that could be potential substitutions (ranked: best, good, decent). 

Below please find a simple version of what I want to accomplish using an Alteryx workflow

1. Column A through C are the QTY needed (example Store AAA; 6 Cars, 4 Chairs, 6 Desks)
2. Column D through F are the potential substitutions
3. Column G is my optimal solution, orders that I need to place to the factory after exhausting all my potential substitutions. 
4. Repeat for next Store
