Sub Total in Row and % of Sub Total in New Column

Hi all, 

 

Attached please find a screenshot that shows an example of my input file and desired output. Would really appreciate if someone can guide me on how this can be achieved?

I am able to get the sub total in row after every category now. Could anyone pls guide me on how to get % of Sub Total in new column?

There is options in Cross Tab tool to get "Percent Column" and Total "Row", together with Batch Macro, here is what can get.
