Stop and check file before Email Tool is run

Hi all, 

Is there a way to run a workflow in two parts?  First, I want to run my workflow and then generate an output file to review.  Once I am comfortable that the output is correct, I would want to run the rest of my workflow that has an Email tool to email out the reports. 

Currently, I have put the Email tool in a Container box that I collapse before running the workflow the first time to generate the output.  Once the results are to my liking, I reopen the container containing the Email tool and run the workflow again to send out the emails.  As I would like to eventually publish this workflow onto the Gallery and have someone else run it, I need a better solution than collapsing and expanding a container.  Thank you.
