Hi,

Just starting with Alteryx. I've installed the software and followed the demo steps.

Following the steps, I have selected 'TutorialData.yxdb' and the next step is asking to select the 'sort' tool. Okay for now.

My problem is in the next step where is asking me to select 'userID' in the 'name' dropdown, but it shows blank for me. In the previous step, I can see the column ' userID'. What am I doing wrong?

I noticed that when selecting the connection between the 'input data' and 'Sort' I see the following error message in the 'results' window. I've just downloaded the free trial to test the software.

hi @Selrac ,

Under the options tab, select manage licenses, activate license, and then select free trial. this should remove the error.
