Start and end dates grouped by gap in dates

Question

I'm trying to find the best way to call out date ranges that are consecutive and when there are gaps.

Please see my attached workflow.  The top input is my data and the second input on the bottom is my desired output showing start date and end date for the consecutive dates.

This was a tough one to work through the multi-row formula but a great way to start my morning!
