Stacking Excel tabs on top of each other

I need to stack an excel tab from 500+ files into one tab. The tab is always called the same thing. Anything I try I'm getting a schema error (the tabs should all have the same list of columns, but that's not guaranteed) and the workflow is failing.

It doesn't have to be pretty, I can do all the tidying up in Excel, I just need the data stacked together from all of these same tabs.

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. I can attach dummy files if that is beneficial.
