Splitting Concatenated Data into specific amount of rows

I have data that basically looks like this:

Code1	AB,XZ,CD	33,66,77
Code2	DF,ER	22,44
Code3	RO	11
Code4	FO,PL,LU,XY	79,67,19,79

I would like it to look like this though:

Code1	AB	33
Code1	XZ	66
Code1	CD	77
Code2	DF	22
Code2	ER	44
Code3	RO	11
Code4	FO	79
Code4	PL	67
Code4	LU	19
Code4	XY	79

Any thoughts how this could be achieved?
