Split time period into different rows

Is there a way I can transform this roster data:

Start time	End time	Break duration
2018-01-02 07:00:00	2018-01-02 13:30:00	0.5

into this:

Start time	End time
2018-01-02 07:00:00	2018-01-02 12:00:00
2018-01-02 12:00:00	2018-01-02 12:30:00
2018-01-02 12:30:00	2018-01-02 13:30:00

basically i have ~1,000,000 records and I want to split all the records at the 5-hour mark and add 30 mins (this is the break time)
