Split a Cell, and bring back the 3rd Digit from the cell - Example Cell 11206

Hi Community 

Need some help please, I  need to create a formula to create a new column to split a cell/  column to bring back the 3rd Digit from the cell - Example Cell  value = 11206 - I'd like to see the number 2 in the new column, as this is the 3rd Digit from the cell

Can someone please explain how to write this.
