Specific Date of the Month

Is there a way to pull the X day of the month, each month? e.g. Pull the Third Wednesday Date of every month? or Pull the Fourth Tuesday of every month?

One way of doing this.

Please modify the Filter tool with Thursday and 4 for Fourth Thursday of every month and so on.
