Spatial tools: Unable to open Maps //

Hi, I am trying to use spatial tools. However the browse function to see the maps is not working. It keeps saying 'Please wait.... Redering Map...' and keeps giving me the error Unable to open map. 

 

How do I fix this issue?

thanks for the quick reply. I have checked those links, and tried changing the runtimesettings but it was not effective. Any other ideas what I could try?
