Solution for "Field Pickup"

In following data, I want to get only "Front side" and "Market Volume data"

However, Unfortunatlly, Share and Volume have Same table  header(=Period)

If you want to remove following red zone, could you kindly suggest me best solution?

(Sorry, this time, I want to avoid to use VBA and Event system...)
