Slowness of Dynamic Input tool

Hello All,

I have a workflow where I am passing two fields to a dynamic input using the option “Update Where Clause”

This output of the Dynamic Input is extremely slow.
What can we do to improve the performance?

A couple things to consider:

* How many records are passing into the Dynamic Input? That will be the amount of times a query is executed* Combine values to only do one query if needed

* The connection type can influence the speed (ODBC vs OleDB) - check if different options are available
