Single table sorted w.r.t. multiple columns

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to sort single table w.r.t. multiple columns. I am attaching the sample in which I have placed the input sample data and exact output required. The excel have 2 tabs Input and Output.

Bit of a long shot, but if it's only ever 2 sets of records like this then the following solution will work. Struggling to think of anything that will scale to a large amount:
