Simple fill question

I have what seems to be a simple fill question: 

I have 4 fields:
Customer - Parcel numer - Description - Product 

Customer Number	Parcel Number	Description	Product
910036016	10350733811	BusinessParcel	UB Busines Parcel
910036016	10350733811	Toll traffic National
910036016	10351073899	Euro BusinessParcel	UB Euro Business
910036016	10351073899	Delivery private address
910036016	10351073899	Toll traffic National
910036016	10351073900	BusinessSmallParcel
910036016	10351073900	Delivery private address
910036016	10351073900	Toll traffic National
910036016	10351073901	BusinessParcel	UB Busines Parcel

I want to fill the blank product fields with the value from the non empty, with the same parcel number? 

Ive tried the multi row formula, taken value from row:-1 but that only fills one blank row, so I must be missing something 😕
