Shift Row to the Right

Question

Hi All - I'm trying to take care of this last part of my workflow (I did some RegEx parsing from PDFs) and just need to shift this particular row type 1 over to the right. It's basically any row with a date format in 'Split 1' that I want to move over.

Any simple way to do this? I am stumped...
