Sharepoint tool - other filetypes?

Is it possible to use the sharepoint tools to input or output other filetypes like sqlite files?

 

We use the Sharepoint input tools because we run the flows on the Alteryx Server so can't just have a normal input or output tool pointing at a local copy of the file.
