Two questions really:
* If I have a lot of sharepoint tools in a workflow, can I set it up so they all use one credential, and if the credential changes I can just change it in one place and not for each tool individually in the flow? (Like how the DVW SAP login tool works)
* Is there any way to get the sharepoint tools to work with filetypes other than csv, xlsx, and yxdb? I have an input to a flow that comes from a 3rd party as an .xls file, which doesn't work with the sharepoint tool. We use the Sharepoint input tools because we run the flows on the Alteryx Server. I'm not really sure how to deal with this filetype discrepency without manually converting the files before putting them into sharepoint for the flow to pick up. (The xls is a real example but it would also be nice to access other files, like a sqlite base or something, from Sharepoint)

Yes, you can set up a shared credential for all SharePoint tools. Just create it in the Credential Manager, and reference it in each tool. That way, if the credential changes, you only update it once.
Best Regard,
