Sharepoint Input tool wants input but has no input hub

Hi,

See screen shot. I downloaded / installed this Sharepoint Input tool today. I have it configured correctly as it shows me the files in the specified path. It has no input hub on this tool, but it's asking for input. 

 

Can someone offer some guidance?
