SharePoint Output only updates the first 100 records

The SharePoint output tool only updates the first 100 records on my SharePoint list. I have 1800 records on the list, if I try updating them all at once it will only update the first 100. Each record has an ID in SharePoint and the first 100 are the only ones that I am able to update. (I do not use the actual ID in the output)

I thought I could maybe run them in batches but if I use a sample tool and try running any records after those 100 they will not update (example: using sample tool to run last two records will not update but if run the first 2 it will update). 

I am using the latest version of Alteryx and the latest version of the SharePoint tools.

Any help would be much appriecated!

I also wanted to mention that I am not using a server, currently I am connecting to SharePoint through the url option.
