SharePoint Input Tool not loading YXDB data

I have a SharePoint input tool that is linked to a YXDB in a SharePoint folder.  It will not read data out of it, such as I cannot add a filter and select any columns from the dropdown.  I attempted to run it and I'm receiving the error "Length of values (0) does not match length of index"  I am using SharePoint input tool 2.4.2.

I am having a similar issue as well. The SharePoint tool isn't loading any data when I run it on a specific workflow. I tried running the same exact tool with the same selections in a different tab and it worked. Very odd.
