SharePoint Input Tool - Workflow keeps on running without ouput

Hi, 

Hope somebody here has experienced the same issue.
I have the SharePoint input connected to my SharePoint site and can see all the documents etc.

But when I run the workflow, it basically just keeps on running and not giving me output. just keeps on running.

 

Any idea?
