SharePoint Input Tool - Sets All Records to "True" Boolean

I have a csv file I am reading in from a Sharepoint location. It has a True False Boolean column that the SharePoint Input Tool is overwriting and setting every record to "True". I require this option for automating this particular workflow. The configurations on the tool are limited. What are my options?

I wouldn't expect the tool would need to do any sort of column type formatting.
