Hi,
I recently started using the SharePoint Input tool and I'm having trouble seeing/pulling all the data that is available on the specified sheet. Not sure why but I have about 2000+ rows of data but the tool is only pulling/displaying about 800 rows of data. Is there something I need to change in the tool settings to be able to view all the data rows?
thank you
@PanPP thank you for the input but the solution doesn't apply to what I am looking to accomplish.
1) Can you provide a screenshot of your SP tool configuration?
2) Can you attempt to change the SP Tool configuration to SP Version 2007 to see if that helps?
3) Can you remove the columns from the Sharepoint list and create them again?
I think it may have something to do with the default columns that are being created automatically when you create a new list.
4) Can you attempt to bring in a new SP connector tool and set the version to 2007 to see if that resolves the issue?
Hope this helps, if it does please like this post and if it helps resolve your problem, mark it as a solution. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Apologies, i should have said that I'm trying to bring in data from an Excel workbook that resides in SP, after I specified which sheet I need data from i'm not getting all the rows only just about half of the rows with data is coming in after I run the flow.
hi @Jay2022
1) Do you have AMP engine enabled? (Try disable it / enabling it to see if the behavior changes).
2) Can you attempt to upload a new file to SP and try bringing that in?
Hope this helps.
@PanPP I did have AMP enabled and processed as instructed but in vain. Still getting about half of the data from the get go.
