SharePoint Connector Issue in 2023.1 Version

Question

I was using the Updated Alteryx 2024.1, but since my company server was running on 2023.1 I had to downgrade the Alteryx designer to 2023.1. Now I'm facings issues for SharePoint connector tool saying "Version 3.10 was not found in our Alteryx distribution.  Please select another version.  Internal Error - Deadlock detected (@1)"

Yes, AMP is enabled

Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to download the 2023 version of the SharePoint Connectors. Alteryx 2024 upgraded to Python 3.10, which the corresponding SharePoint connector was built with. It sounds like that's the issue. If you go back to the Marketplace you need to select the connector version for Alteryx version 2023 or older. Hopefully, that will resolve your issue.
