Hi team, so I am connected to (Windows 11: \\abc.com\folder\recipients) shared drive as I cannot access the old one (Older Windows versions: \\abc\folder\recipients). The workflow works well for another partner who has access to the older shared drive version, but it doesn’t work for me. Is there a way to resolve this issue such that we can both work with the different Windows versions without changing the Alteryx workflow input/directory?

if you have the correct filepath i don't see the reason why you'd have issues.. not unless there is a restriction with the folder or the file itself.
