Set Grid Line in the Canvas Background

Hello All, I am trying to set grid line in the canvas background to replace the default blank background but I notice the Show Grid option is missing in the user setting. Would any know any way can resolve this. Many Thanks

I can see the "Grid Size" option is grey out in your snapshot.
This is mine. so what is your alteryx version?
