ServiceNow Input Tool Error

Hello,
I have downloaded and am trying to use the "ServiceNow Input" tool. I was able to successfully connect, however when I try to pull from the incident table (or any table) I get the following errors:
Any insights into what I may be doing wrong would be helpful! I have tested with the user having ITIL and Admin privileges and get the same error both times.
