ServiceNow Download

I am operating Alteryx Designer 2020.1.  Trying to run/download the ServiceNow tool located here:

When doing so I keep getting an error:

• Exception parse error line: 5 column: 3192 expected end of tag 'srcreport' (Tool Id: 😎

because of the version we are on, I cannot use the verified version of the tool.  I need to know how to get this other option downloaded.  Any thoughts on this?  @joeGade

Ah, apologies I misread that you were on 2020.1 instead of 2021.1. I think that the user created tool that you linked to above has been pulled from the gallery even though the link is still there.

Could you please post the updated tool in the gallery, if possible? @gade_joseph_r
