Seperate truncated characters into distinct fields

Hello,

I  have an input tool with a table containing  a single column with string data. The first row of the table contains different strings, seperated by '|' delimiter. The other rows contains truncated characters which are seperated by space. I am trying to use Text To Columns tool to seperate the truncated characters into distinct fields according to the number of strings in the first row but I find it a little bit challenging. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
